At Edgetech, we strive to put our customers at the centre of everything we do.
In fact, ‘Customers at the Centre’ is one of the key strategic priorities we’ve put in place for the next decade.
And this year, we’ve been working hard behind the scenes to put it into practise – most notably, by creating a brand-new department dedicated to putting IGU manufacturers’ needs first!
We’ve completely reorganised our admin and customer-facing staff to form the Customer Fulfilment team – an efficient, experienced and extremely helpful group of customer service professionals ready to go the extra mile to delight the companies we work with.
Our receipt of goods, customer service, production specialists and others are now based in the same office, allowing them to offer a much more efficient, joined-up service.
At Edgetech, we’re lucky to benefit from hugely dedicated, experienced customer service staff who know the company and their customers like the back of their hands.

Procurement & Logistics Manager
Time at Edgetech: 12 years
Key responsibilities: Working closely with Sandra and the team to ensure we offer great service
Favourite thing about the job: There’s a real energy in the air, and we’ve all bonded as a team
Outside the office: I enjoy socialising with family – including the Edgetech family!
Time at Edgetech: 5 years
Key responsibilities: Holds the switchboard, and supports Chris and the senior management team
Favourite part of the job: I love the variety
Outside of the office: Loves singing off key when everyone is quiet!
Continuous Improvement Technician
Time at Edgetech: 5 years
Key responsibilities: Health and safety, improving quality and inputting orders
Favourite part of the job: Being able to make a difference in the business, whether that’s spotting something that needs amending or tidying up our QMS system
Outside of the office: Actor, including on stage!
Senior Customer Service Administrator
Time at Edgetech: 9 years
Key responsibilities: Answers customer queries, solves issues, and font of all knowledge
Favourite part of the job: Daily contact with customers, and helping ensure Edgetech are providing the best possible service!
Time at Edgetech: 6 years
Key responsibilities: Supervision of warehouse team, ensuring goods are sent out OTIF, overseeing transport scheduling, vehicles and deliveries.
Favourite part of the job: Problem solving and also knowing that the role I play is important as to when customers receive goods, and hopefully results in a satisfied customer base.
Outside the office: Under-12s football coach and amateur boxer
