Edgetech, a Quanex company, is pleased to announce that it will be exhibiting at the newest sustainable and refurbishment event, Greenbuild Expo in Manchester on 9th and 10th May. Alan Fielder, Director of Sales and Marketing at Edgetech comments: Edgetech is always keen to support the industry where it can, but we only exhibit at industry shows when they are relevant and we have something we think visitors will want to see. Energy efficiency is still a priority for the public sector and private architects, particularly with The Green Deal on the horizon. Windows and doors with Edgetech’s Super Spacer technology inside benefit from fantastic energy saving, reduced condensation and enhanced noise attenuation. Sometimes it’s the smallest components that make the biggest difference and this is certainly true of Super Spacer. We will be demonstrating the product’s benefits on our stand, E22, as well as giving visitors more information on our RIBA approved CPD presentation entitled ?Insulated Glass Unit Spacer Systems and Warm Edge Technology.
Edgetech has had a presence in the architectural sector for some time now but we want to be more proactive in getting our message across to this market and see the Greenbuild Expo as the perfect opportunity for us to do just that. As well as learning more about the products we offer and their benefits, visitors to our stand can learn more about Edgetech as a global provider of Warm Edge Technology (WET), be provided with an introduction to WET, and see our architectural portfolio that demonstrates WET in the built environment.
The Manchester show attracted 4,000 visitors from all sectors including volume housing, education, leisure and health last year and hopes to exceed that number this year.
