Industry-leading spacer bar manufacturer Edgetech, a Quanex company, took visitors back to the classroom as they showcased the ‘science of warm edge’ at the FIT Show 2017.
Offering one of the most interactive stands at the FIT Show, Edgetech shared just a taste of the thirty years of fastidious research, constant development and thorough scientific testing used to create the ground-breaking Super Spacer flexible foam spacer bar.
The stand also featured live demonstrations of Super Spacer application, showing how glazed units can be manufactured efficiently and cost-effectively using Super Spacer. To complete the science theme, visitors were also able to pick up a test tube of Super Spacer branded M&Ms.
“We had a brilliant time at this year’s FIT Show taking visitors back to the classroom and behind the scenes of our unrivalled Super Spacer,” comments Edgetech’s Head of Marketing, Charlotte Davies. “Behind all of our products, there is a wealth of research and countless hours of testing to ensure every single parameter delivers only the best performance. Our stringent and thorough research and development programme provides the evidence we need to verify the quality and performance of our products, in addition to over three decades of real-life experience outside the laboratory.”
“As experts and pioneers of warm edge, it was great to come to the FIT Show and share the facts behind the technology through our fun, interactive stand. As veterans of the FIT Show, appearing every year since the event began, we can safely say it has been one of our most successful appearances in terms of quality leads. We were able to leave the NEC having established new relationships with installers looking to gain a greater understanding of the quality inside their products, fabricators who are looking to manufacture IG and leading, established IG manufacturers who want to use the best-in-class spacer bar. With such success, we are already looking forward to FIT Show 2019!”
Founded in 1989, and today forming part of global building products group Quanex, Edgetech revolutionised the industry with the introduction of the game-changing Super Spacer flexible warm edge spacer bar. Currently celebrating a decade of manufacturing at its Coventry headquarters, the company offers a comprehensive range of components for warm edge windows.

As Head of Sales, Tony oversees the UK sales and technical activities to ensure that customers are making the most of their manufacturing..
I joined Edgetech UK in November 2010 as part of the Field Sales Team and I was promoted to my current position as Head of Sales in May 2019.
While I now have more responsibilities at a senior level a large part of my role is still to maintain close relationships with our customers. My role is effectively to be the bridge between what we can do in terms of product and service provision and what our customers are trying to achieve in the market place. I support the external team, develop our partnerships with top machinery and supply companies and act as the voice of the customer among my colleagues to ensure we are continuously improving our support offering.
How Does Your Role Support Customers?
Although I’m a sales representative, it’s not just about getting sales. At Edgetech, we offer a full support package to our customers.
My illustrious career in the industry began back in 1984 at Clayton Glass, when I worked as a window fabricator, I then moved across into glass production.
I have 26 years’ experience in glass processing having worked at some of the leading glass companies in the UK. Other industry partners I have worked for are Guardian Glass on the float line and Promac in machinery sales, so I have a good understanding of IGU manufacturing machinery.
My background helps me to support customers in a way that someone just selling a spacer bar couldn’t.
With my experience and understanding of the factory, I can advise on the layout of Insulated Glass Unit manufacturing lines and talk to customers about creating training programmes for IGU manufacturing.
One of our customers had quite an old-fashioned and inefficient IGU production line when I first went to talk to them. I managed to source a second-hand line and help them get it up and running with Super Spacer so that they could improve their manufacturing efficiency cost effectively.
The team and I are always on hand to support customers with any manufacturing questions they have. We all have loads of experience, so we can offer advice based on real experiences. It’s a great position to be in, because it’s not just about talking to the buying decision makers, it’s talking to the whole team, to make sure that customers are manufacturing as efficiently as possible.
It helps me to build a better relationship with customers and it gives them confidence that the Edgetech product they use does exactly what it says on the tin!
What Makes You Proud to Work at Edgetech & Quanex?
I’m proud to work at Edgetech & Quanex because it’s a business with strong core values that supports and adds value to the energy efficient window industry. I’m also proud to be a representative for a company that supplies good quality products into the marketplace.
Since I’ve been at Edgetech, there hasn’t been a day I’ve woken up and thought ‘Oh no, I’ve got to go to work’. I genuinely enjoy my job and I think that speaks volumes about Edgetech as an employer, the products we sell and the customers I work with.
Edgetech is celebrating a decade of manufacturing at its UK headquarters in Coventry.
Launched in 2007 after a £2.5m investment, the site became the UK’s first dedicated warm edge technology manufacturing facility, serving as Edgetech UK’s main base during a decade of rapid change.
In 2008, further investment saw the company double its capacity in response to surging sales, and, after three more years of impressive growth, Edgetech was acquired by billion-dollar building products giant Quanex. Soon after, Quanex merged Edgetech with their existing spacer company Truseal to become the largest warm edge manufacturer in the world, producing 300 million metres of spacer every year.
Now, established as the global experts in flexible spacer bar technology, Edgetech is marking both its factory’s tenth anniversary and a decade of phenomenal innovation and growth.
“We’re absolutely delighted to be celebrating ten years of manufacturing in Coventry,” commented Chris Alderson, Edgetech UK’s Managing Director. “In that time we’ve come a long way – launching some fantastic new products, and continuing to be the driving force for energy efficient glazing. Now though, we want to focus on what we do best – warm edge spacer bars.
“Thirty years on from when we launched Super Spacer, the world’s first flexible foam warm edge spacer bar, we still offer the best choice, the most versatility and the most outstanding performance of any manufacturer in the industry. From heritage to high rise, flexible to rigid, we manufacture best-in-class products to suit every context and application – and in the decade ahead, it’s our aim to make the world’s leading spacers even better.”
“We’ll be inviting friends throughout the industry to Coventry for an official 10-year anniversary event later in the year,” Chris concluded. “We can’t wait to mark everything we’ve achieved here in the past ten years, and look forward to sharing our vision of what the next ten will bring.”
As Director of Sales and Marketing for Edgetech, Alan oversees the UK sales activities and technical team to ensure that customers are making the most of their manufacturing.
I’ve been working at Edgetech as Director of Sales and Marketing since 2008.
My role is to oversee all sales activities and lead a fantastic team of professionals going into the competitive and dynamic marketplace that is the glazing industry.
My team’s main job is to make sure that we achieve results for us and for our IGU manufacturing customers.
How Does Edgetech Differentiate Itself From its Competitors?
Edgetech differentiates itself by being a genuinely innovative market leader.
Edgetech were trailblazers for the warm edge market in the UK. Through the years we have brought warm edge technology to the forefront of the industry agenda.
We led the conversation on energy efficient glazing, sponsoring the first WER seminar in 2006, organising the 2009 seminar ‘Energy Efficiency in Focus – Revisited’ and holding the nationwide series of ‘Journey to C’ workshops in 2010.
The most recent big event hosted by Edgetech was The Triple Glazing Question, in 2014 – which brought together leading decision makers and figures in the industry to talk about the latest issues and opportunities for glazing companies.
With our innovative approach to energy efficient glazing and manufacturing, we help our customers go forward in their marketplace. What we try to do is to be the right partner for our customers, to help them with what they are trying to achieve.
How Does the Edgetech Sales Team Support Customers?
The sales team is effectively the bridge between what we can do in terms of product and service provision and what our customers are trying to achieve in the market place.
We have a close relationship with customers so that we can keep ahead of the issues that they are facing in their everyday IGU manufacturing activity.
The sales team also keep customers in the know about what Edgetech is doing and thinking to help them with their manufacturing processes. Whether that’s ways to improve productivity in partnership with top machinery companies or giving them an extra support service from our technical team.
How Does the Edgetech Technical Team Support Customers?
We have a quality process audit regime to help customers make sure that they are on track in the ways they use Edgetech Super Spacer® products in terms of storage, housekeeping and how they keep their machinery running to the highest levels of productivity.
The guys are always on the end of the phone to answer questions and regularly visit our customers on site to help out with Super Spacer application training, automated machinery installation and technical problem solving.
It’s an all-round product support package for our customer’s IGU manufacturing activities.
What Makes You Proud to Work at Edgetech and Quanex?
I’m proud to be a Quanex employee because we are responsible both in terms of the way we behave in the marketplace, with our customers and the communities in which we operate.
As UK Financial Controller, Dominic’s role covers lots of departments at Edgetech. Here he talks about what he does and why he’s proud to work for Quanex.
I’ve been UK Financial Controller at Edgetech since 2015.
My Role as Financial Controller
Most people in financial roles don’t have the opportunity to get involved with other departments within a business, but my position at Edgetech is quite different. As well as my primary role of looking after the Finance department, I am also responsible for the material planning, customer service, IT and HR teams. This gives me a really good overview of Edgetech and the opportunity to have some really interesting conversations with our other experts, so we can make sure that customers are getting the best service from the whole team.
Customer Service at Edgetech
The customer service team is with our customers all the way through the buying process, so we can respond quickly to any questions they might have. We take orders from our IGU manufacturing customers for our growing range of energy efficient products, arrange delivery times with them and make sure that orders are delivered on time and in full.
Ensuring that Super Spacer® and our full range of IGU manufacturing components arrive when customers need them is something we pride ourselves on at Edgetech. As well as detailed risk assessment plans, covered by our ISO 9001:2015 accreditation, we have a global distribution network, so customers can be confident we can deliver.
Edgetech has expanded its product offering in recent years to now include all necessary components for IGU manufacture. We have added TruPlas, a rigid warm edge spacer, alongside our flagship Super Spacer flexible warm edge spacer product and also a full range of ancillaries. We’ve widened our offering further with the introduction of TruFit, the expanding foam edge tape, which gives window installation companies a better way to fit energy efficient windows.
As well as day-to-day customer service, we offer excellent support from our technical, sales and marketing departments, to help our customers keep things running smoothly.
There is plenty of experience and expertise in IGU manufacture and also about energy efficient glazing within the team, so if customers have any questions, we can always find the answer.
What Makes You Proud to Work at Edgetech & Quanex?
I like being a part of Quanex because it is a forward-thinking organisation that is always looking to grow. It means we have a strong emphasis on offering the best customer service and the financial backing from them to invest in the infrastructure and support systems to make this possible.
Edgetech is a good company to work for, and to deal with, because it is large enough to offer a broad product range, but small enough to offer a detailed, personal approach to every customer we help.
A Day in the Work Life of Dominic
As with so many positions here at Edgetech, it’s rare that two days are the same. Our day-to-day tasks depend on lots of factors. In addition to communicating with all our customers and suppliers regularly, we provide support to all areas the business. This ranges from analytical to professional advice, as well as project review and control, which enables the business to continue its sustainable growth, whilst maintaining the values of Quanex.
No matter what’s on the to-do list that day, the whole team at Edgetech works to maintain our strong relationships with customers and deliver top-quality products and service. This involves continuously improving our purchasing and production planning processes, as well as updating our IT infrastructure to support modern business needs. This helps us internally work as efficiently as possible but also ensures we continue to meet our customers’ expectations. Through supplier audits and internal process reviews we strive to deliver the highest quality in all aspects of our work.
As part of the management team in the UK I enjoy playing an active role in shaping how Edgetech serves customers now and into the future.
As Head of Marketing at Edgetech UK, Charlotte is responsible for communicating who we are and what we do into the markets. Here she talks about her role and Edgetech’s product range.
I have been working at Edgetech, the driving force for energy efficient glazing, since 2007, when I joined as Marketing Assistant. In 2014, I moved up to Marketing Manager and was made Head of Marketing at the FIT Show 2016.
I’m passionate about marketing. It can have a very fluffy reputation but I take a statistical approach to what we do. In our strategy, we use measurable marketing methods so that we can gauge our successes and see where there is room for improvement.
We plan everything ahead and have found some really clever marketing automation systems that help our small marketing team (just Krishma and me!) to work smarter and get better results.
We work very closely with our sales team. I was responsible for implementing the Salesforce system in the UK office and have been the driver for us continuing to develop what we can do with it.
I read an article in the Harvard Business Review recently about the importance of sales and marketing teams working together. Studies have found that aligning these two departments can ‘improve sales efforts at closing deals by 67% and help marketing generate 209% more value from their efforts’.
We have seen improved results and return on investment since we have been working more closely with the sales team, and better return on investment is definitely what I want to see happening as Head of Marketing.
Edgetech, Warm Edge Technology and WERs
During my role in marketing at Edgetech, we have brought warm edge technology, Window Energy Ratings and triple glazing to the top of the agenda in the glazing industry press.
By being the driving force for energy efficient glazing, we have been able to build our reputation in the industry through communicating our key brand messages through strategic PR and advertising with the glazing press.
Having a product like Super Spacer® gives us so much to talk about in our marketing. As well as its impressive thermal performance, the flexible spacer bar gives so many more benefits to IGU manufacturers, like increased productivity.
I look after all external communications, to make sure that everything we say to the outside world is said in the best way, via the best channels possible.
We create a bi-annual printed newsletter and email our customers regularly to keep them up-to-date. A quarterly customer survey is conducted to make sure that we are offering the very best product and service to our customers.
With the massive increase in online activity, social media and website management has become a huge part of my role. We make sure that we are creating interesting, SEO-rich content on our blog and use Twitter and LinkedIn to engage with our customers and the wider industry.
Three Reasons to Choose a Spacer Bar that’s part of Super Spacer
Marketing a product becomes easier when it’s as good as Super Spacer. When you have a truly unique and successful product it’s inevitable that it will be copied. And although we have some competition now, we still have plenty of inimitable selling points that make Super Spacer the number one choice.
Testing – Super Spacer may only be a small component of a unit, but it is a very necessary one. It has been tried and tested globally in the field for over 25 years and is backed up with our unrivalled 40-year guarantee of product performance.
Secure Supply – We stock Super Spacer at our manufacturing facility in Coventry and our UK distribution centre. We also manufacture in Germany and the United States which gives an extra supply back-up so customers can trust us to deliver consistently.
Innovation – Edgetech really invests in research and development, both in products and IGU machinery to help companies to future-proof their businesses. High speed machinery and our flexible spacer bar continue to push the boundaries for productivity.
Organising Events and Trade Shows for Edgetech
Before I started, Edgetech held the first Window Energy Ratings seminar in 2006. The event, ‘Increase your Profits: Energy Efficiency in Focus’ brought together 223 key industry decision makers. It was a real success, fuelled with debate and predictions.
Three years later, we held another seminar – ‘Edgetech: Energy Efficiency in Focus: Revisited’. It was the first one I was involved in and looked at how things had changed since 2006. It included discussions on what had changed with WERs, the 2010 revision to Part L of the Building Regulations and how the industry would cope with the looming recession.
We held a series of ‘Journey to C’ workshops across the country in 2010, which helped companies to get ready for the revised regulations, where, as predicted by the 2006 seminar, ‘C’ WER became a route of compliance for replacement double glazing.
In 2014, we launched the Triple Glazing Question to the industry. Another Edgetech event that brought together key industry figures to talk about a growing trend and how it would influence the market. The event dominated the trade media for six months afterwards.
Edgetech at The FIT Show
We’ve always been big supporters of the FIT Show. Edgetech, the driving force for energy efficient glazing, exhibited at the FIT Show 2013, 2014 and 2016. In 2013, we joined the inaugural show with a bang! We were celebrating our acquisition by Quanex as well as launching our new rigid spacer bar, TruPlas. We had a double-tier stand which worked perfectly for us – keeping business downstairs and hospitality upstairs.
The most recent event was the best yet as we had a product to offer for everyone who visited. I was pleased with how our stand turned out, with lots of interactivity and live demonstrations which drew lots of visitors to us. It was a successful event for us, especially our TruFit® tongue-in-cheek Gun Amnesty which was a real hit with window installation companies.
At the FIT Show 2017, TruFit expanding foam edge tape will be featuring as part of the Master Fitter Challenge in association with Glazpart.
2017 is also the 10th anniversary of Edgetech manufacturing in the UK, so at the moment we are busy making preparations for our celebrations!
Being Part of a Worldwide Team at Quanex
I’m proud to work for Quanex because it is a dynamic organisation with great products for energy efficient glazing and a talented and passionate team. It also brings lots of variation to my role. I work closely with my marketing colleagues at Edgetech in Germany and across the pond in the US on larger joint projects. We then take those plans and ideas and localise them so that they are relevant in the UK.
What’s Next?
I was promoted to Head of Marketing in April 2016, so this year is the first time that I have had total responsibility for the marketing strategy going forward. I have spent lots of time analysing the success of past years and planning our activities going forward so that we can get even better results in 2017.
One of the first things I was involved with as Head of Marketing was the launch of our new website in April. The work hasn’t stopped yet and we’re working on phase two of the site, so that we can bring more support to our sales team and to all our customers, so watch this space!
Chris Alderson is Managing Director here at Edgetech UK. His role is to oversee the performance of the company as a whole and here we ask about his priorities at Edgetech and why he’s proud to be a part of the Quanex family.
I joined Edgetech as Managing Director in 2016 and my primary function is to ensure that the business operates to the highest possible standards in all areas, but especially in terms of safety, customer satisfaction and business performance.
Safety at Edgetech
The safety of our associates is of paramount importance to myself personally and to Edgetech as a business. We implemented a new safety programme this year called TruSafety. All employees are encouraged to make Edgetech a safer place to work by submitting observations and ideas for improvement. We offer incentives to stress that safety is rewarding for all involved and year to date we are above our safety observation targets which is a great achievement.
How Does Edgetech Differentiate Itself From its Competitors?
By understanding market drivers and listening to what customers want, Edgetech has created a comprehensive product offering for IGU manufacturers.
There is a fantastic team at Edgetech too. We have a bunch of talented people with excellent technical and commercial expertise that help to support our customers and their businesses. All of this is backed up by the superb customer service team, making us a quality and reliable supplier that our customers trust.
Customer Support at Edgetech
Our customers are at the centre of everything we do. We conduct regular Voice of the Customer surveys so we can keep on top of their needs and requirements and continue to give them proper support for their businesses.
This comes in a number of ways. Karl Jones, our Technical Services Manager helps customers on site, with advice and support with fully automated machines and technical trouble-shooting. Our sales team regularly visit customers to ensure we maintain a close relationship and become a key partner in their business. And our marketing team, headed up by Charlotte Davies, delivers literature and personalised campaigns to enable our customers to sell more.
Innovation at Edgetech
Innovation is very important for us at Edgetech, it’s what the business was founded on. Warm edge technology completely changed the glazing industry and each year more than 300 million metres of Super Spacer, the original flexible foam warm edge spacer, are sold worldwide.
But it’s not just spacer bars here at Edgetech. We look at the whole installation to give homeowners the best-performing windows, which is where TruFit® comes in. It has been proven to retain more heat than traditional ‘wet’ sealant methods and it has taken the industry by storm.
What Makes You Proud to Work at Edgetech & Quanex?
Edgetech has strong relationships with customers and we take their satisfaction in our products and our services very seriously. I’m surrounded by some great people who all understand the importance of teamwork. And to top it all off, there’s the respect, both for each other and for the environment.
As Works Manager at Edgetech, John looks after production, quality control, logistics, maintenance and health & safety. Here he talks about his role at Edgetech and how there’s never a typical day at the factory…
I’ve been working at Edgetech since 2012.
My role as Works Manager is to look after the processes in our Super Spacer® bar manufacturing and distribution to make sure that everything is running smoothly and we deliver orders to customers on time and in-full.
Health and Safety at Edgetech
Safety is the number one focus for our parent company Quanex. Edgetech UK’s top priority is to make sure that all of our employees leave site exactly how they arrived. We have a safety team on site, safety champions and every meeting we attend has health and safety at the top of the agenda.
This year we launched a special safety initiative, called TruSafety. It’s a process for observing safety hazards on site and taking the right action to prevent them from causing an issue. Year to date we are above our target, a great achievement for the whole team.
I’m the health and safety point of contact for all of our employees, taking care of monthly updates and new awareness campaigns and making sure that everyone at Edgetech makes safety their number one priority.
Edgetech’s Logistics
Logistics is a really important part of maintaining great service for our customers. Edgetech has its own fleet to deliver products nationwide, including four HGVs and two vans.
I work closely with the logistics manager on a daily basis to make sure that Super Spacer orders are prepared and ready to get on the road so that we can deliver on time for customers. We understand the importance of right first time to customers.
We offer our customers lots of flexibility. If they need products urgently we can deliver them next day, or even the same day sometimes – that’s the main benefit of holding lots of stock.
Customers have to know they can rely on getting stocks from us fast. Manufacturing locally means that if they have a big order of an unusual size, we can handle it. And because we also manufacture in Germany and the USA, we have back-up to ensure even if we have downtime in manufacturing here we can still provide product for customers consistently. We call this security of supply and it gives us, as well as our customers, complete peace of mind.
Production Maintenance
We have three main production lines at the Edgetech manufacturing facility. An important part of ensuring that Super Spacer is top-quality is maintaining our manufacturing machines and planning maintenance well so that it causes minimal disruption to our productivity.
By keeping our manufacturing machines maintained we can keep them running in the most efficient way. Regular maintenance checks also help us to prevent break-downs which prevents problems for our customers.
Super Spacer Bar Quality Control
Quality control is a hugely important aspect of my role. At Edgetech we have over 26 years of product and manufacturing knowledge so we have the resource to make sure that the quality of our warm edge spacer barsis second to none.
The majority of quality control checks on Super Spacer products are carried out by the manufacturing team. They look at everything from density to tolerance using laser micrometres and take charge of inputting the data from our comprehensive twelve checks, tests and measurements throughout the manufacturing process.
It’s a great system to work to, because it means that our Super Spacer manufacturing team takes real ownership of the quality of product they are producing on a day-to-day basis. They get to follow the whole process from start to finish. This all-round team effort helps us to deliver the best products to our customers so that they can guarantee top-quality insulated glass units for their customers, every time.
Edgetech Innovation
While my role mostly involves looking inwardly at the organisation I am also responsible for looking to the future through product development and innovation. TruPlas, our thermoplastic rigid spacer bar was developed here in the UK. Super Spacer Alpha was also reverse engineered by the UK team and achieves our best performing thermal conductivity value at 0.13 W/mK.
I think it’s great that Edgetech invests year-on-year to make our products even better to help customers improve their offering also.
A Day in the Life of John
Although there’s never a typical day as a Works Manager, when I first get in I always start with a walk around the factory to talk to the team and see what’s going on.
There are 40 dedicated members in the team including five people that work closely with me to make sure the whole factory runs smoothly.
Then every morning at 9 we have a review meeting so we all know what’s going on, why it’s going on and how we can make it better. And after that the fun begins…!
Mike Wood MP with the ESG Directors, opening their second high volume Super Spacer line (L-R Luke Walker, Alex Walker, Mike Wood MP, Ken Walker and Elliot Walker)
Mike Wood MP for Dudley South recently visited Energy Saving Glass (ESG) to officially open the new Super Spacer® unit production line at its factory in Kingswinford.
The long-standing family business has enjoyed almost twenty years in business and has been using Super Spacer from Edgetech UK for its warm edge units since 2008.
Director at ESG, Alex Walker said: “The new Forel fully automated IGU line is the second automated Super Spacer production line we have as well as a manual Super Spacer line. We’ve invested in this new machine to keep ahead of demand from our growing customer base and local MP, Mike Wood, joined us to officially open it in May.”
Meeting with the Directors at ESG’s factory in Kingswinford, Mr Wood was shown the new line. It’s an impressive machine. The fully automated system offers time saving benefits for unit manufacturers and prevents the need for any human intervention, which in turn produces high quality, high specification sealed units.
As well as the automated line, ESG has invested in a specialist cutting table and a Forel fully automated vertical laminated cutting line.
Alex continued: “We use Super Spacer from Edgetech because we believe it is the best product for warm edge units. We also enjoy the benefits of our Dealership membership, with the full marketing support and literature which we can offer to our customers to support their businesses too. Edgetech continues to be one of our key supply partners and has been instrumental in our success.”
Alan Fielder, Director of Sales & Marketing at Edgetech comments: “When ESG first invested in high volume Super Spacer production line machinery they became innovators in the glazing industry and it’s clear that forward-thinking has paid dividends. It’s also fantastic that almost a decade later Super Spacer remains a crucial part of their success. With exciting plans for the business we look forward to playing our part and continuing our close relationship with Alex and his team.”

Promotions for two key people have further strengthened the management team at Edgetech UK, the leading voice for energy efficient glazing. Edgetech’s Managing Director Chris Alderson identified the abilities of Charlotte Davies and Karl Jones and gave them the good news of their new positions at FIT Show.
Charlotte and Karl have 19 years of service between them. Karl becomes Technical Services Manager. “This is an important role within Edgetech,” says Chris. “Our technical team has a high level of glass unit manufacturing know-how which is well appreciated by customers. Technical Services Manager is a newly created role, and Karl’s knowledge of our products and manufacturing makes him the ideal person to head up the team to give practical production support to customers.”
Charlotte becomes Head of Marketing. A well-known marketer in the industry, she has been at Edgetech since she was 18. Chris continues: “Charlotte has been the driving force behind many of our recent campaigns to make Edgetech the leading voice for energy efficient glazing. The latest demonstration of her ability was Edgetech’s success at the FIT Show. I am looking forward to seeing her build on and strengthen the Edgetech brand values in her new position. Charlotte will continue to grow the marketing support on offer to customers through our award winning scheme Dealership Plus.”
Charlotte adds: “It was a great moment when Chris announced that Karl Jones and I were being promoted and I’m very excited about my new role as Head of Marketing.”
